"Staying at this hotel was amazing. ( 12/5-12/8/24) After checking out and going across town, I realized that I may have left an Uber gift card in my room. I called the hotel with little expectations to find the gift card. The staff took my information and said they would look for it. They found the gift card! Then went an extra mile! The staff helped me out and took a picture of the gift card and texted it to me!!!! I was able to give this Christmas gift to the person that was intended. Highly recommend this hotel for location and staff honesty!"
