"I stayed at the Hampton Inn & Suites Tempe/Phoenix Airport, AZ from 28 Dec 24 – 11 Jan 25 while recovering from surgery. I chose this hotel because of Hampton Inn’s reputation of excellence and customer service. I was in Phoenix visiting family for the holidays when I had an accident on 25 Dec 24 resulting in a severely broken arm which caused me to extend my stay in Phoenix for an additional 2.5 weeks due to surgery and follow up appointments. Their large accessible king suite provided ample space for me to move around inside the room with no tripping hazards as well as providing bars near the toilet and in the tub for safety. The room also provided a small kitchen area with a sink, microwave, and refrigerator which helped tremendously with my recovery. I cannot say enough about the staff. Once hearing of my accident and my current predicament, the staff jumped into action. April, Karen, Gabi, Kendrah, and Vinit checked on my progress daily, consistently asking if I needed anything or housekeeping services. And no one laughed when I asked for 10 pillows in my room because I had to sleep sitting up with my arm propped up! They also assisted with extending my stay for the 2nd week and ensuring I was on a quiet floor at the end of the hall to assist in my rest and healing. I would HIGHLY recommend this hotel! 5-stars across the board!"
