Dilip picked us up from the airport and was friendly and fast and made pleasant conversation with us, helped us with our bags which was much appreciated. Then when we got in our room the shower wasn’t working and after a quick call to the front desk Dilip showed up and fixed it in less than two minutes! Also a manager saw we missed breakfast by two minutes and he opened up service for us. Being weary travelers this Hampton is a welcoming oasis! Thank you

We had a layover because of delay in flight in Tempe Phoenix and stayed at the Hampton Inn located at 1550 S. 52nd St. The staff was excellent , the rooms were great and even the breakfast was good. Gabby at the front desk really helped us in a difficult situation which we really appreciated. We wish every employee at hotels were like her.
