Decently close to the airport with a shuttle. Nice to have a hot tub! Free breakfast, and a little shop to buy snacks or drinks.

The lobby area and common areas look great. The room was as expected as I knew it was not as modern as some of the other hilton brand hotels. I must say that the staff was amazing and friendly. They exude hospitality and greeted me everytime I came in the hotel, as long as they were not with another guest. The room did have minor issues and that is due to the use of the room. The bathroom had most of the issues in it such as the large crack in the vanity, which I appreciate the staffs attempt to minimize with the placement of the tissue box. Also the tub drain needs adjustment and two spots poorly sprayed with tub enamel. Also toilet needs a new valve cause it constantly ran. I checked it and adjusted it a few times but to no permanent fix. Whomever is doing their maintenance needs to stop halfway doing the repairs cause with the toilet they didn't want to put a new chain on the lever and valve. Also, they left the prior lever in the tank and that was what was initially keeping the valve open. (I do home improvement and 50% of my work is correcting things that others have done incorrectly or just poorly)

This hotel is located in a perfect location if you need convenient access to the airport, Tempe and Scottsdale. The room was clean and spacious. The staff at this hotel is amazing! I had a unique situation misplacing my AirPods, and multiple members of the staff went above and beyond to assist me. I want to extend a special thank you to Karen and Gabi for their excellent customer service!
